SOW:
Design the amenity from ground up utilising a number of different materials.
Bondor roof, external cladding “ezywood”. Modwood screens, steel painted posts and roof frame, elements of colourbond, steel clad doors.
Internal cladding, colour bond, mod wood partition, HWD seats for player rooms, stainless toilet ware and fixtures
Connection to sewer via underground bore, electrical connections, rough in and fit off of toilet ware.
Building permit.
